Sustainability Awards 2024/25
At the National Final 2025, with thanks to our sponsors the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) we will be recognising one student enterprise in each of the Junior, Intermediate and Senior categories for EXCELLENCE IN SUSTAINABILITY.
Students can demonstrate excellence in sustainability in a variety of ways, such as:
- Aligning their business with one or more of the UN Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs)
- Using sustainable/recyclable materials
- Re-purposing waste materials from the business
- Reducing the amount of energy used in running the student enterprise
- Using waste material from another business/household in your business
- Using waste or recycled materials for packaging and/or decorating market/display stands
Who Can Enter?
- All student enterprises that win at County Final level and go forward to the National Final 2025 in May will automatically be entered into the competition
- Winners will be announced at the 2025 National Final

Complete the ‘Sustainability’ section in your Business Report & submit by the deadline of 8th April 2025
